Captain's Corner

Cpt. Chuck Jones

Chuck "Bad Side Captain" Jones is a lifelong resident of the Annapolis area.  Fishing is his passion, but Light Tackle jigging and Topwater is his obsession!  He loves instructing and working with clients new to the sport.  As well as, hitting it hard with experienced anglers in saucy conditions.  When fishing gets slow, he is happy to share his knowledge of the area or a joke or two.  He is strong proponent of

"A Positive Attitude Catches Fish"!!!

USCG 25 Ton Master Captain and licensed fishing guide.

First Mate Salty Suzi

Salty Suzi is more than just a First Mate, she also takes care of the captain when he's not on the boat.  She has condemned herself to the life of a Captain's wife.  She is an Eastern North Carolina native and an Army Brat but, we don't hold that against her (GO NAVY!).  Her sweet southern draw, infectious smile and crude jokes will get any crew wanting to stay out just one more hour.  Just don't touch her rod or catch the biggest fish.  She is ultra competitive but, will keep you smiling.

First Mate Shawn "HawkEye" FenWick

Shawn "Hawkeye" Fenwick has no need for binoculars.  He can spot a pod of birds from 4 miles out, bare eye!  He is a life long fisherman of the Chesapeake Bay and a Topwater fanatic.  Shawn also specializes in breaking rods, jokes and foul language.  He is happy to work with you and get your technique/presentation on point.

Salty Dog Girdy

She used to be a good fishing dog until Salty Suzi spoiled her.

Salty Siren

She is a custom built 26 Chesapeake by Composite Yacht in Trappe, MD.  This boat is built for fishing the Chesapeake Bay.  She is wide open with tons of room, stable as ship and can float in a tea cup of water.  Composite Yacht is a local builder with over 40yrs of boat building experience and they have built some of the toughest boats on the Bay.
